Last updated: February 12, 2026
At Trevoxilos S.R.L. we protect the information you share with us as if it were part of our own assets. This document describes how we collect, use, safeguard and share your personal data when you visit trevoxilos.com or use our real estate crowdlending services in Bolivia. We wrote this policy in plain, direct language because we believe trust starts with understanding.
1. Data controller
Trevoxilos S.R.L., FUNDEMPRESA commercial registry No. 00485291, NIT 388291028, with legal address at Av. Arce No. 2799, Multicentro Building, Floor 14, Sopocachi, La Paz, Bolivia, is the controller of your personal data. You can reach our data protection officer at privacidad@trevoxilos.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect contact data (name, email, phone) when you complete forms; technical data (IP address, device type, browser and country) through cookies and similar technologies; and usage data related to your interaction with the platform. If you invest in a project, we also collect the information required to comply with Bolivian anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations.
3. Purposes
We use your data to answer your requests, manage your participation in projects, comply with legal obligations, improve the platform, prevent fraud and, when you provide consent, send you relevant commercial communications. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, on the execution of a contract in which you participate as an investor, on the compliance with Bolivian financial regulations and on the legitimate interest of Trevoxilos to operate and protect the platform.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as the contractual relationship exists, and for the periods required by applicable regulation (at least five years after the last financial operation). Once those periods expire, data is anonymized or securely deleted.
6. Recipients
We share data only with technology providers that support our operations (hosting, analytics, payments), with Bolivian authorities when required by law and with contractual partners strictly needed for the project you participate in. All operate under confidentiality and data protection agreements.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection, portability and limitation of processing by writing to privacidad@trevoxilos.com. We respond within a maximum of thirty calendar days. You may also file complaints with the Financial System Supervision Authority (ASFI) when appropriate.
8. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures aligned with fintech industry best practices: encryption in transit and at rest, strong authentication, continuous monitoring and yearly independent audits.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or service improvements. Material changes will be announced by email or through a prominent notice on the site before they take effect.
