These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of trevoxilos.com and the real estate crowdlending services offered by Trevoxilos S.R.L. By browsing the site or registering, you fully accept everything stated below.
1. Identification
Trevoxilos S.R.L., NIT 388291028, FUNDEMPRESA registry No. 00485291, headquartered in La Paz, Bolivia, is the site owner. Our operation is authorized by the Financial System Supervision Authority (ASFI) under registration No. 05-2024.
2. Purpose
Trevoxilos offers a technology platform that connects retail investors with real estate developers seeking financing for verified projects. The platform does not act as an investment advisor and does not guarantee specific returns.
3. Registration & eligibility
To invest you must be of legal age, hold valid identification and pass the KYC and anti-money-laundering controls required by Bolivian regulations. Trevoxilos may suspend or cancel accounts that do not comply with these requirements.
4. Risks
Every real estate investment involves risk, including construction delays, local market volatility or macroeconomic factors. The returns displayed are estimates and do not constitute a promise. We recommend diversifying and never committing capital that you cannot allocate for the medium term.
5. Fees
Trevoxilos charges a service fee detailed on every project card and in the summary shown before confirming the operation. We do not apply hidden fees: any additional cost is communicated in advance.
6. Intellectual property
The content, trademarks, logos and technological developments of the platform belong to Trevoxilos S.R.L. Their total or partial reproduction requires prior written authorization.
7. Liability
We commit to operate with high standards of security and diligence. However, we are not liable for damages arising from failures outside our infrastructure, unforeseeable events, force majeure or autonomous decisions of third parties such as developers or suppliers.
8. Communications
Official notifications between the parties will be sent through the email registered on the platform or through equivalent means that guarantee proof of receipt.
9. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. The parties submit to the ordinary courts of La Paz for the resolution of any dispute, unless a separate arbitration agreement is signed.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms & Conditions to include regulatory or service improvements. Material changes will be announced fifteen days in advance and will not affect ongoing operations.
